While core features are free, premium functionality requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We processes your data as described therein to provide and improve the Service.

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into VividStreak (habits, journals, photos). We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VividStreak is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
